I seem to have finally caught up with myself. I’ve been working the two jobs and adjusting to it was a bit rough. I don’t know why I took a second job but I did. It’s not for the money if anything its to be around books. I will keep it as long as they’ll have me there. I’m still not sure if I was hired as Xmas help. The money that I’m making is being put away. Hammish is doing well. Hammish is a Quaker parrot I adopted about 2 weeks ago. He has a lot of retraining to do as he is most definately a biter. I have the marks to prove it. Tomorrow is my interview with the legislative department. I’m a little nervous I really want to do well and want very much to be offered the job. One of the things about working for any goverment body is that you always know what the pay is going to be before you go into the interview. I find this to be a relief not having to haggle over it. Wow, I just looked at the temprature and its a cool 37 degrees out. I think I’ll be wearing a jacket this morning.

RE: Fraidy Cat: Cross-Eyed Kitty Scares Fools, Annoys Kids

Fear not. This Halloween, let Fraidy Cat do it for you. This crazy kitty will mesmerize you with big green plastic crossed eyes, crouching on your windowsill at midnight, shivering and shaking, quivering and quaking, to the scary sounds of “Somebody’s Watching Me.” It’s $15 at Walgreens.

Oh, my. Am I scared, or what?

Just some quick thoughts.. before I head to bed. I went to the kick-off for Combined Charitys the city/state/port/county/federal charity event that happens every year. There was a raffle ticket thingy. I filled mine out when we went in. I went with a friend of mine from work. Anyway the long and short of it is that out of everyone there I won the grand prize. Talk about surreal. Pat Kashman announced my name … and the grand prize goes to …..Ken Saunders. It took a moment for me to realize that he had said my name. In my head I heard it and said he said my name heh that’s me only realizing I was actually saying this on the outside. Anyway, the grand prize was a 7 day cruise on Holland America anywhere they go for myself and one other person. Its still all a bit surreal. I’ve been working the other job and really enjoying it. It makes me laught because I wanted to get away from computers and yet I find myself shelving and reorganziing the computer sections, ARGH!!! I’m not complaing I really enjoy being there its the irony that strikes me. I have off Sunday, which I’m looking foreward to. Mike and I will be adopting a monk parrot who will be coming to live with us. The weather is much cooler at night, its heavenly almost cold enough that I don’t have night sweats. Anyone reading this, I’m looking for folks that play ninetendo ds to add to my buddy list to play games with.

heterosexual activists plan on recruiting your children into their lifestyle

The Heterosexual Agenda: Exposing The MythsNo longer satisfied with “mere acceptance” by our society, heterosexual political pressure groups have launched a well-planned, well-financed campaign, which, if left unchecked, threatens to destroy the most fundamental structures of American society.
