I weighed myself this morning – I’m 260 pounds.  I’m eating less and more healthy food.  I walk at least 3 miles a day and drink lots of water.  I need to do something but what.  I feel fat and a bit taken aback.  Somehow I’ve gained 20 pounds in the last 2 months.  I weighed 246 in December just before Xmas.
