I overnapped today. I went to sleep around 5ish and didn’t get up until 9ish. I made breakfast for dinner and have been playing online since then. I did some cleaning, yawn.

Last night went out with some friends. I had a good time. There was this very hot cop in QFC while I was in getting food. We spoke a little bit. I wasn’t sure if he was checking me out to determine if I was drunk or if he ws just chatting. Either way he was definately hot. He got in line behind me and we talked some more. I left he left came home ate and went to bed.

Today was really relaxing. I went clothes shopping with a friend on mine. I picked up a few shirts. I always need shirts. I tried on some pants and I’ve dropped a pant size. I’m down to 38. I’m really happy and motivated to continue my “weight loss”. Walking 2 miles a day and not eating like a pig has been working. The weight loss is mostly for vanity, but also for my health. Diabetes runs in my family, probably cause everyone is large. I want to stay healthy.

I have the day to myself. I will probably read for a bit. I have training Tuesday/Wednesdday. I’m looking foreward to it. its really great that the city provides me with this training.
