I’ve really let working out and what I eat all go to hell. I’m back up to 257 and 36% b.fat. I knew that I was going to start working out again and make this the year that I get my weight down to 190 and 16% body fat. Well today I’m starting a new. I’ve written up a menu for myself and made a new workout playlist for the elliptical. I’m heading out now for a little clothes shopping and maybe a new wii game.
