One Last Thing

I weighed myself this morning which considering I ate and drank and completely (mostly anyway) didn’t pay attention to what I was eating.  I’m happy to say I reached my goal of being under 150 by mid June.  I’m 149.5 with a total body fat percentage of 34.  I’m working to get to 145 with 32% by the end of this month.  I have been faithful to working out.  If anyone is trying to lose weight the three big things I think are drinking lots of water, portion control and for me anyway having the gym here in my home helps enormously.  I’m even thinking about buying an elliptical for the house to try and get in some extra cardio.
